The Loaded Shakes are a standout item, particularly the Chocolate Salted Caramel Loaded Shake priced at £8.45. This creation blends salted caramel gelato with double chocolate cookie dough, perfectly layered with a decadently rich creamsatella sauce and a generous chunk of triple chocolate brownie. While the food holds immense potential, it’s important to note some mixed customer experiences regarding service and ambiance. Reviewers have pointed out inconsistent service, including long waits during busier periods and occasional lapses in attention to cleanliness. Food is good about a minute wait after ordering. One member of staff was nice and friendly the other just seemed miserable and careless completely ruining the customer service experience. Toilet is clean there is a code on the receipt for access. We got the ferrero rocher thick shakes and they were lovely would not recommended if you do not like nuts as there was a overwhelming nut flavour more than anything else

Went here as a birthday treat for a sibling.Music was distorted and drowned out by the fans, and the windows notification sound. Constantly. The food is amazing of course, difficult to go wrong with icecream. Found a half full bottle of corona extra underneath the table when we sat down. When the icecream came we told the waiter about it and she just giggled and left it on the table with our icecream!? (Serving a child an abandoned beer bottle for his birthday with his icecream tends to be frowned upon in society! ). Wobbly tables, dust, plate we were served on was unwashed. Every other light is broken. Needs some serious maintenance. I recommend not eating in.

My mum ordered a Creams via Just Eat yesterday. We ordered milkshakes, a hot pocket and cookie dough. They completely forgot my cookie dough, but was able to remember to include the soft serve ice cream which we paid £ extra for. Just Eat refusing to provide a refund, very unfair since the cookie dough was missing. £. down the drain, and can’t really be affording to lose any kind of money in this day and age. I don’t understand how you forget to include a whole product, but include the ice cream that was paid extra to go with it? My mum deserves a refund. Also I’ve noticed the prices are getting higher but the portions are getting smaller, it’s ridiculous. Won’t be ordering or visiting Creams anytime soon until they sort themselves out.

Went here for a family members birthday meal and was very disappointedOne my meal came out first and we watched as staff got everything ready for two waiting delivery riders and didn't bring anything else to our table for about minutes. When my mum asked what the delay was the fool serving us had the nerve to say it was because they were very busyLook at the photo to see how busy they weren'tWhen addressing them about this the fool spoke to me again telling me again it was because they were busy before sneering at me and saying he wasn't in charge so I asked who was. The young lady in charge came over, was very apologetic and agreed to give us about % refundWould not recommend at all. I'd rather the family all ate together than get money back!
